Event Description

The JMU Physician Assistant Student Society (PASS) is bringing back a meaningful 5K on campus at James Madison University with the 3rd Annual Free Clinic 5K to benefit the local community, free healthcare clinic - the Blue Ridge Free Clinic. The Blue Ridge Free Clinic provides critical healthcare services to hundreds of members of the Harrisonburg community who would otherwise have nowhere else to turn for assistance. Harrisonburg community members and JMU students, faculty + staff are all invited to a unifying event open to all skill levels of walkers and runners. 

CHECK IN: 8-9 AM RACE START: 9:15 AM

The start/finish line is located directly behind the Festival Conference and Student Center.

The 5K features a scenic route through East Campus. Parking is available for those without a JMU parking permit.  Snacks & Refreshments will be provided. 

Prizes will be awarded to multiple Age-Groups and first race finishers! 

All 5K participants have the option of purchasing a discounted race t-shirt.
