Event Description

Join the F3 Regions of the Atlanta Area for our 1st annual, week-long virtual activity challenge, benefiting HOUSE OF CHERITH. This year, we will attempt to log 10,000 miles of activity as a group.  All participants will track and report their mileage throughout the week. Together, we will log more than 10,000 combined miles of walking, running, cycling, or whatever your favorite activity is!

The goal of the event is to raise awareness about the prevalence of sexual trafficking and exploitation in the Atlanta area and around the world. This event is also a fundraiser to raise money for a deserving nonprofit that helps survivors of sex trafficking from all around the country, Georgia, and Atlanta called House of Cherith. The funds raised through this event will go directly to the restoration of survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation.

ABOUT HOUSE OF CHERITH - https://www.hocatl.org/

The House of Cherith is a trauma-informed care residential recovery program providing a safe place for adult female survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation and those who have been employed in the sex entertainment industry. Our goal is to provide love and nurturing while preparing them for long-term sobriety and success. We are dedicated to helping provide resources and tools for restoring the heart so life can become whole, wounds are healed, new opportunities become evident, and hope is restored.

Mission: To empower survivors to reclaim their dignity and self worth, to renew their faith in humanity and to rekindle their passion for a lifetime of success.

Who we serve:  House of Cherith has locations in Atlanta, Georgia, West Georgia, and South Georgia. We accept women, minors, and families from any geographic location. House of Cherith is committed to serving women that are looking for transformation and freedom from a past of traumatic sexual or domestic abuse.

ABOUT F3 NATION - https://f3nation.com/

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.

The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.

Our workouts …
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does.

The F3 Credo is: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
