Event Description

Camp Delmont sounds like a great venue for a trail run! Here’s a summary of what participants can expect:

Location and Setting: Camp Delmont is a rustic Boy Scout camp located along the Unami Creek, offering a natural and preserved open space environment.
Trail Description: The trails primarily consist of single-track technical trails with some double-track sections. Runners will encounter various natural elements such as tree roots, rocks, dirt, mud, and plenty of shade as they navigate through the course. Loop distances are expected to be around 3 to 4 miles, depending on trail conditions.

Terrain and Elevation: The course includes hills, providing a challenge with approximately 576 feet of elevation gain per loop. This elevation change will add to the scenic and varied nature of the race.

Aid Station and Refreshments: There will be one aid station offering an assortment of carbohydrates, fruits, water, Gatorade, and soda. Additionally, hot food will be available to refuel participants during breaks.

Parking and Logistics: While parking may be about 1/4 mile away from the start/finish area, runners and crew members will have the convenience of bringing their cars closer to the loop start/finish for easier access.

Last lap is 6pm  all runners must be off the course at 7 pm no exceptions
