The Equalizer Challenge

Who: You individually or part of a group

What: A virtual challenge to run, deadlift, bench press, and squat
-
Where: Worldwide (must have access to barbell strength equipment)

When: October 31, 12am - November 2nd, 12pm

Why: To challenge yourself or compete against others in the ultimate test of stamina
-
How:

Register on or before October 30 and select your run distance: 5k, 10k, 10-mile, half-marathon, marathon, 50-mile, or 100-mile options available!

Start your timer anytime between October 31, 12am - November 2nd, 12pm and complete in the following order:

Run (or walk) the full distance
-
Deadlift one repetition (best effort)

Bench Press one repetition (best effort)
-
Squat one repetition (best effort)

Stop your timer
-
Your finish time is the total time to complete the entire run, deadlift, bench press, and squat, including transitions

Each race distance (5k, 10k, 10 mile, half-marathon, marathon, 50 mile, 100 mile) will have one winner based on the weighted average

Do your best! It is possible to not have the "fastest" finish time and be "first"
