Event Description

Please join the Hoffman Family for their second annual fundraising walk, in memory of their daughter Billie, to raise critical and meaningful funds for SUDC research. You can join in person or as a virtual walker!

Billie Hoffman died on August 2nd, 2023 just weeks before her third birthday. Her death was sudden and unexpected, and remains mostly unexplained. The Hoffman family has been working closely with the SUDC foundation and is most grateful for the ongoing research efforts of the SUDCRRC in finding answers to SUDC deaths, working toward a world without SUDC. Join them in honor of her beautiful life, which impacted everyone in a most special way. 

On the day of the walk, please follow the signs toward Field 3 at Sunken Meadow State Park. We will meet together in the parking lot and walk together to the water and along the beach. Billie loved the water and the beach so this is a very special location for her parents. Please wear purple or yellow!

All proceeds to be donated directly to the SUDCRRC.
