Event Description

Make it a Mile is a four-week program designed to help beginning runners and walkers take the first steps toward getting healthy. This program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used as a jump-start for other fitness goals you may have. Kickoff is March 27th 5-630pm!

Program Details:
- Group workouts twice a week - Mondays/Wednesdays at 5:30PM
- Start Date: Monday, April 7
- Program Dates: April 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 28th, and 30th
- Location: Courtyard Appleton Riverfront

As part of the program, participants will receive the following:
- 4-week training schedule;
- Coach-led workouts on Monday and Wednesdays evenings;
- Weekly emails with training tips, nutrition and more;
- Shopping Specials at Fleet Feet; and more! 

Commitment: 4 weeks, 8 group workouts
