Event Description
Join us for our 3rd annual Waimea Jingle Jamboree!
Lifting Competition- 5 rep max challenge is back by popular demand!
- 8:00 am checkin at MTC gym, 9:00 am start time
- 3 exercises- squat, bench press and deadlift - 5 rep max for each, PLUS 20 calories on the Air Assault bike in between
- You choose your own weight, adjust as needed until complete 5 proper repetitions
- 15 minute total time max per competitor to complete the 3 lifts and 3 bike rounds
There will be winners and prizes for a variety for categories - not just overall weight winner! This event is open to all!
