The 140 Challenge
5k & Fitness Challenge
The Seara Burton FOP Auxiliary #63 will be hosting The 140 Challenge in honor of our fallen hero, Officer Seara Burton.
Proceeds from this event are being used to establish a scholarship fund in Seara’s honor.
After completion of the 5k runners will have the option to complete the fitness challenge.
The Fitness Challenge will consist of 4 bodyweight workouts (4 years of Service) and 140 reps of each workout (Badge Number).
- Sit-Ups
- Squats
- Push-Ups
- Lunges
Each workout can be complete by type or in 4 rounds of 35 reps each circuit!
