Event Description

Mid-Summer Half out and back along the Sammamish River Trail starting out at the Lake Sammamish State Park Boat ramps - Trail head. 6.5 miles toward Marymoor Park Redmond and back. We will have 3 water stops, first aid and gel stations starting promptly at 8 am.

Event details and schedule

Bib pick up startging at 7 am. Parking at the Lake Sammamish State Park Boat Ramp area. Discover Pass is required. $40 for the year or $10 for the day. It may be hot and humid please hydrate properly, slow down if you are over heating and take water on the course.
