Event Description

Open Water Swim training for adults and youth.

Recommend purchasing a USA Triathlon annual membership (youth or adult) in advance.  Single Day USA Triathlon fees do not cover more than 1 event. Please go to https://www.teamusa.org/usa-triathlon and click on Join/Renew. 

Dates: 

July 18th (Thursday) 5:30pm to 7pm at Lake Cunningham (entrance 1 Boat Ramp and Marina located on Lake Cunningham Road)

July 20th (Saturday) 2pm to 3pm at Lake Cunningham (entrance 1 Boat Ramp and Marina located on Lake Cunningham Road) - Day Prior to the Omaha Triathlon

Please arrive between 5pm and 5:30pm for the swim on July 18th for check in and course information.  Plenty of parking is available near the boat ramp. Do not park in the marina.  July 20th swim is during Saturday packet pickup.

Both swims are chip timed.  Please pickup a chip before entering the water and return when finished.  Make sure to cross the timing mat before and after completing the swim.  The chip must be returned before departing to the timing staff.  Results will be posted immediately.  Please use the QR code posted to find your results.

The registrations fee covers our lifeguards, boat support, and course setup.
