15 Days - 25 K’s Run/ Walk or 100 K's Bike
You will have 15 days to complete the 25K or 100K's. You can do all the miles in a day or break it down to a mile a day. What ever works for you.
For the Run/Walk 25K's = 15.5 Miles
- 1.03 miles for 15 days
- 3.1 miles for 5 of the 15 days
- 1.55 miles for 10 of the 15 days.
- All of the miles done in 1 day
For the Bike 100K = 62.1 Miles
- 4.14 miles for 15 days
- 12.42 miles for 5 of the 15 days
- 6.21 miles for 10 of the 15 days.
- All of the miles done in 1 day (are you crazy)
