Who's ready for the third annual Bad Dawg Ultra???
Join us on August 20, 2022 in Waynesville, MO for the third annual BAD DAWG Ultra Endurance Run. This no-frills, gun start, 100/50/100k/50k race and 12 mile run/ruck is the perfect event for those people who love running for a purpose. And the purpose is this... to provide a new pair of shoes to every Elementary student in the Laquey school district as part of the HFPC’s (Healthy Futures Pulaski County) OneSolePurpose project (check out onesolepurpose.com) This out-and-back course (10 mile loop) will give you a few rolling hills and lots of flat gravel with tree-lined country views. This is a great race for those first-time ultra runners and also for those wanting a shorter distance.
This is an event put on by ultrarunners for ultrarunners.... for a great cause!!
There will be individual Age Group Awards for all distances. 100 Mile Finishers will receive a custom belt buckle and bumper sticker! 100k and 50 Mile Finishers will receive a custom medal and bumper sticker! 50k finishers will receive a custom medal and bumper sticker! All 12 mile runners and ruckers will receive a one-of-a-kind medal!

Presented by the Healthy Futures Pulaski County Coalition and the Frog Fitness Group, all proceeds benefit our OneSolePurpose project that provides a new pair of shoes to every elementary student in Pulaski County's Title I schools. Every $28 raised provides one free pair of shoes to a child in need! So completing the BAD DAWG is a win-win for everyone!

Location: 25785 Red Oak Road, Waynesville, MO
Date: 08/20/2022 - 08/21/2022 Race begins at 6:00 a.m. on 08/20 and ends on 08/21 at 12:00 noon.
Pasta Dinner and Packet Pickup: 25785 Red Oak Road, Waynesville, MO- Starts 3pm-7:30pm on 08/18/2022 with dinner at 6:30 pm. Pancake dinner begins at 5am on 08/20.
Cutoff to order hoodie/shirt is 08/06/2022
Gun timing
Course: 10 mile loop
Aid stations: Fully stocked station and heated aid station at start line and water/gatorade/snacks/portapottie at 5-mile turnaround (halfway point).
Pacers may join the 100 mile racers at mile 50.
Crew is allowed at main aid station and turnaround point.
