Event Description
We have seen every type of weather for this race over the years! It has been 85 degrees and bone dry and it has been 35 degrees with extremely slippery trails and the river uncrossable. Lean into it, have fun and just say WTF!
If you haven’t come out before, you are missing out on gorgeous trails, epic water crossings, hoodies, mega finisher’s medals, bumper stickers, fun prizes, great food and beer! What better way to enjoy a mid-winter day!
The half marathon course crosses the Reedy Fork River twice during the race, making this an epic and unforgettable race! Racers will have access to bathrooms at multiple places on the course, and will pass 5 aid stations on course.

- Packet Pickup: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet Greensboro, 3731 Lawndale Drive, Greensboro
Race Day: Saturday, January 18th
- Packet Pickup: 7:45 am - 9:15 am
- Half Marathon Early Start (must register in this category to start early): 8:30 am
- Race Start: 9:30 am
- 8.3 mile cutoff (2nd creek crossing): 11:50 am
- Course Closes: 1:15 pm
