Event Description

The Washburn Rural Back to School 5k is hosted by the Washburn Rural High School Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams.  We are inviting everyone; students, teachers, staff, parents, community members to kickoff the 2021 school year by running or walking a 5k with us. Whether you have been training all summer and you're ready to show everyone your fitness or you are just happy to be able to walk a 5k you are welcome to come join us.

The race will start outside the gate to the south entrance of the football field and head east toward the middle school. Runners/walkers will complete two loops on campus and finish on the Track. 

This is our 2nd Annual 5k. Last year was a huge success and we are excited to be hosting again. All proceeds will benefit the Washburn Rural High School Cross Country teams - Thank you for your support!

Packet Pickup will take place at Garry Gribbles Friday August 5th from 4PM - 7PM. OR at Washburn Rural High School Saturday August 6th from 6AM - 7AM.
