Event Description

The City of Marianna, Marianna Professional Firefighters, and Kristen Gregg are raising money to donate to the Warrior Beach Retreat. Which is a Christian-based retreat for woudned veterans and their caregivers in Panama City Beach, Florida. This is the fourth consecutive year for this event, let's all join together to help show these warriors how grateful we are for their sacrifice!

The Salute the Wounded 5K will be ran through the Marianna Sunland facilitiy and will be on (for the most part) paved roads. You won't want to miss it! You can either run the 5K competitively, or you can run or walk for fun! Anyone, 6 years old or younger will only be charged $15.00 to participate. 

Directly following the 5K, The City of Marianna Police Department will be hosting the 2nd Annual Fly & Bike ride! Don't forget to sign up for that as well!

Registration: 6:45am

Race Start Time: 7:30am

Race Fee:

             7 years and above - $25.00(Includes Race T-shirt)****

             6 year and under - $15.00 (Includes Race T-shirt)

***If you don't get registered by May 3rd, there is no guarentee you will recieve an event t-shirt.

On the day of the event, please be sure to bring your ID and your waiver.
